Milestone: First Founding Members Join Capitol Press
A busy week of newsletter gains in the House and Senate.
Last week, Capitol Press published fifteen posts, a record for our underdog newsletter, plus a dozen TikTok videos. We did so by abandoning the long daily tipsheet format for short, punchier, newsier pieces.
These changes, along with our continued push on social media, resulted in a 433% increase in traffic, a steady pickup of new free and paid subscribers, plus our first Founding Members.
If you aren’t already supporting Capitol Press, consider buying a subscription or becoming a member. If you can’t afford to upgrade, you can always support our work by liking our posts and sharing them on social media.
Editor’s Note
Congress is scheduled to be on recess until the week of April 8 but we're not slowing down the weekday pace of House and Senate news, scooplets, and intrigues you won't find anywhere but Capitol Press.
